Two internationally renowned virtuosi from the Boston area, violinist Francesca Anderegg and pianist Randall Hodgkinson, share three works of uncommon intimacy and emotional intensity. Schubert’s Grand Duo unfolds with the architectural ambition and harmonic restlessness of his final years; Reinaldo Moya’s Duende draws on the Venezuelan composer’s vivid fusion of folk inflection and contemporary language; and Fauré’s luminous First Sonata closes the evening with the lyrical grace of a master’s early voice.
