Blanding Free Public Library offers programs for adults to encourage personal enrichment, civic engagement, and foster a lifelong love of learning and reading. Libraries act as “third places” where people can gather, interact, and build relationships outside of home and work.

Blanding Book Club

Dates: Monthly on the 1st Wednesday
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Where: Blanding Free Public Library, Children’s Area

The Council on Aging Book Club

Dates: Monthly on the 1st Thursday
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Where: Rehoboth Senior Center, Francis Farm

Seniors in our community are welcome to participate in this monthly book club.

Hank Coleman’s History Discussion

Dates: Weekly on Wednesday
Time: 11:00 a.m.

Adult Summer Reading Challenge

When: June 15 – August 15, 2025

Summer 2025 marks the debut of the Library’s Adult Summer Reading Challenge! Stop in at the Library to register and pick up your list of easy ways to earn tickets to enter our prize raffles.

Raffle drawings will take place on July 15 and August 15.
